Can anyone help identify this pill?

(Sorry if this is in wrong forum, new here.) I believe it may be manufactured by TEVA, but that doesn't exactly narrow down what the pill itself is of. There's an ON over a 5 with no score on one side, and a arrow on the other - not quite sure which direction it's meant to be facing. Here are some images.

The manufacturer symbol is Cobalt, which I believe is part of Actavis.

I'm in the U.S. and it's not a U.S. pill so my recommending databases here won't help you. I would advise you to search your country's pill identifier sites, or else check out Cobalt's site , as that check mark type logo is Cobalts

EDIT: if you go to www.canadian-pill-identifier.com and go to the menu and click on tablet and enter your information you will get your answer
