Calming Ritalin comedown/side effects

i have had the worst comedowns from ritalin i looked it up and the symptoms was called suicidal depression but i also was paranoid and anxious it was horrible. the more you do the worse it will be and the only cure in my opinion is downers. Alcahol, xanax, opiates, any downer. i dont recommend it while youre peaking from the ritalin due to heart problems but if you dont have access to downers i honestly would save the rits for when you do because the comedowns are that bad.
