Caffeine + xanax

Im on 8mg alprazolam. Im pretty messed up. Might pass out. Will caffeine kill the high or wake me back up?

if you are on a blackout dose of Xanax, which it sounds like you are then just pass out. Being very active during a blackout is not a good thing. Also caffeine doesn't seem to help when I'm about to pass out from benzos.

Lets say im taking a smaller dose (1-2mg.) will caffeine enhance the high, decreass the effects, or just not really do anything.

it takes about 500mg of caffeine (about 4 or more cups of brewed coffee) to interfere and reduce the anxiolytic effects of alprazolam

Echoing falsifiedhypothesi, when your on benzos your uninhibited and often have bad judgement. Adding a stimulant can lead people to attempt things they really shouldn't on benzos, like driving, calling your ex, telling your boss what you really think of him, etc.

If you aren't experienced with benzos just chill and don't try to engage the world to much. Stimulants, even lots stronger stuff than coffee, don't render you unaffected by benzos.
