Ah, I've already done it.

I think little threads like this are a good thing, as a reminder. I miss a lot of surveys that I'm eligible for because I tend to only remember about them when there's a banner in the top right of the page.
 
Completed - did anyone else find it centred heavily around dabs/wax/shatter?
 
I would have preferred to see this survey done through http://prolific.ac as it would improve participation and also trust in the researchers.
