Bipolar depression & drug use

Obviously, drug use won't help bipolar depression at all. I am well aware I'm self-medicating. But my question is at what cost? Am I losing my high because of the meds I'm on? Am I fucking up the meds I'm on by getting high?

I take seroquel 300 mg at night, Vyvanse 60 mg, adderall 20 mg, cymbalta 120 mg and abilify 15 mg.

Oh, forgot to post what my doc is....I LOVE roxy 60mg (usually need more but can't justify the price) and buy Coke in half gram bags.
