best way to redose 250mg MDMA

hi, i'm a fairly experienced MDMA user having rolled about 10 times, I currently have 250mg MDMA crystals which i plan to take this weekend. i was planning to take 175mg and when the peak hits, take another 75mg. is this the best way to redose? because i have heard that redosing more than once produces no extra effects and just increases the neurotoxicity.

What you have planned sounds good to me.

Redosing has a diminishing returns kind of effect. I wouldn't worry too much about neurotoxicity until you're getting up into doses 400mg+. Even then it's questionable in humans.
