Benzos Benzo half life question

I took 15 mg of Valium yesterday. Not all at once. In the morning I took 5mg then when I got home from work around 7 I took 10 mg more. I did not like the experience at all it was first time. I take opiates regularly and found more so I would like to do some tonight which means it I’ll only be about one day since taking Valium Understand Valium has a very long half life. Is it safe to take say 15 mg of oxy with most of the Benzo in my system from the previous day?

You'll be fine as you are taking fairly low doses and have a tolerance to opiates. And the Valium is no longer effecting you. It's long half life is only on paper.

Thanks for responding. What do you mean by “on paper” asking because I still did not feel sober all day today. Like I could still feel noticeable effects. Mostly just subtle relaxation and tiredness, whereas yesterday I felt drunk.
