bad meth high, when can i take a dilaudid to help

Ok so did a small shot about 4 hours ago but the paranoia is really bad this time around. I have half of an 8mg Dilaudid I can do to help but is it to soon to take it? As far as drug interactions go I mean

Edit: I did it anyway. Some people showed up unannounced, which is my pereonalpersonal nightmare when I'm tweaking. So I did the Dilaudid, that the was a new height to the paranoia I wasn't willing to deal with.

Did it help? If you have any amount of tolerance,4mg of dilaudid orally is like nothing. Oral BA for hydromorphone is garbage. That's one chemical that need a to be IVed
