I'm trying to help a friend figure out the proper diet, but everything he looks up seems to interact in a bad way and he thinks he'll have to fast in order to not have any interactions.
He's fine with avoiding pork and alcohol, but everything else seems a bit outrageous.
What needs to be strictly avoided because of interactions with the drugs(Acacia Confusa & Syrian Rue)?
He doesn't take any medications, so he's more worried about food interactions.
The way he talks about it, I think he wants to clear his mind a week before and 3 days before the "ritual" have a strict diet, but he's having trouble finding meals to eat for those 3 days leading up to it.
