Hi lighters well its monday and my best day since well for a long time. I phoned up benefits at 10.30 after a sleepness night again so im now getting 250 per fortnight compared to 130 wot a difference then im also getting 1600 a backdated payment im owed and i also got to write them a letter as im owed even more. So great start then i convinced my clinic to start reducing my methadone and keep me on 1x10mg of diazepam, all this after 10 days of hell behind my door in bed and finally i got some zopys to help me sleep from dr,so now i can dettox in comfort and eat well.
