Are Magic Truffle/ Mushroom growing kits legal?

I was wondering if these were legal, I know growing kits were legal but are these growing kits legal in the U.S.A.? Because they already come with truffles/ mushrooms in them, but they are growing, I just wanted to makes sure it would still be legal. Thanks

I think if they already have the mycelium or mushroom body itself then they probably aren't legal. For it to qualify as legal I think it needs to contain only spores because the spores don't have psilocin in them. I'm certainly not an expert though, so I could be wrong.
