Approximate measuring of doses with no scales

Hi there!
Do you know any smart approximate ways of measuring the amount of powder with no access to laboratory scales?
For instance amphetamine… to reduce possible harm of accidentally taking more than planned.

Yes. It just can't be done... not safely at least. Don't get me wrong, many of us operate without scales, but in my world, that would typically mean buying .8g Heroin and splitting it into 4 equal dosages or something like that. If you're looking for more minute measurements, the only proper advice is to get a scale, which is why I'm going to close this.
