Anyone who’s kindled been able to safely take another drug in the class?

I was using prescribed to lorazepam with no trouble for weeks, then like an idiot I had them switch me to diazepam and immediately started having kindling symptoms

Now I’m afraid to use my lorazepam again but I need it for sleep movement disorder

has anyone who’s been kindled to one drug been able to safely switch back to another drug in the class?
