Anyone go from tramadol to Lyrica or take both?

Is it simular to eachother and if you switched, did you have decent pain relief? Weight gain? Not for vaniety reasons, have COPD/breathing issues and don't need the extra weight if it truly does cause weight gain.

Lighter doses of Lyrica will not cause a problem. Eat healthy and try not to take a lot of Tramadol. Tramadol stinks. Depending on your pain, you may be able to drop the Tramadol entirely, as long as you use it correctly, as in don't get high on it. In low dosages, the Tramadol is okay, but smaller then what is considered healthy.
