I've been regularly using meth for 5 years now. Started slamming about 6 months ago.. and just recently have developed bad IBS. I know stimulants generally cause bowel movement but this is way beyond that.
It's hard to leave home sometimes because of it.
Anybody have any tips for at least minimizing this?

Someone might say do opioids or immodium with it.

...but chronic use of that will lead to narcotic bowel syndrome.

Drugs will all wreck your organs eventually.

Meth does not cause bowel movement. It does the opposite and slows down or stops peristalsis altogether. The simplest short term remedy is take a very partic kind of laxative that draws water into the intestines and promotes peristalsis again. ‘Movicol’ brand in Australia is what you want. Look for something similar in your country . Take before, during, and after a binge.
