i know some ricans who came here from there and they told me its real bad down there
and that the street heroin is incredibly strong, close to pure, same with the cocaine.

I'm heading to San Juan in a few weeks for work and gonna be there for awhile... Just wondering if anyone knows what the scene is like down there?
Really lol? This is one of the most drug abundant islands in the world.
be careful tho my father was down there a couple weeks ago hes a 300lb hard ass white dude that grew up in the projects running the game in the USA. He said he was ready to cry down there he walked down an alley and got surrounded by a gang and had to run got out safe... Stick to talking to legit citizens that work at the bar or taxi drivers, scoring in PR is like finding oreos in a grocery store
