Looking for something interesting or inspiring to read on a long car trip. Either fiction, non fiction or biographical.

Anything relating to recovery or self improvement, if you feel me.

So a sweet old lady at an AA meeting had bought me the book called 'Living Sober'.
I've read a little, and it has interesting AA related experiences on 'living sober in different environments '. Going to bars, weddings, etc.
I'll share more about it later, though it's a good read so far.

Try "the body keeps the score" I found that I could relate to almost everything in it.
I will not usually read content about such things as we learn and update databases every day so what may mean something today means nothing tomorrow.
