Any idea how long this cactus has been growing?

When I was out with my girlfriend shopping for flowers for for new apartment, I came across this San Pedro. It looks really healthy! The nursery is selling it for $175. Can you guess how long it has been growing? I would say probably at least 4 years....

yeah probably 4 yeasr i have a san pedro that is one year old and is still tiny compared to this
