Antique drugs (very old pharmaceuticals)

Has anyone ever taken pharmaceuticals that were very old? I like to collect a lot of things and will frequent antique stores. I love to keep an eye out for vintage medicinal bottles that held illicit substances. Old cocaine/heroin bottles etc. I did find a morphine bottle from the early 70's before and there is still some content in the bottle (Syrup). I always wondered if it would get me high or not, but didn't want any nasty bacteria.

I saw this on ebay and was curious what everyone thought.

Would anyone take a chance with 100 year old pharmaceutical cocaine? LOL Price was definitely right for a gamble. haha
 
Heroin and Cocaine will be just fine for hundreds of years given that they are kept away from moisture and direct sunlight, some adulterants in modern cocaine COULD possibly go bad after some years but if this is pharmaceutical grade cocaine we are talking about and it was reasonably storaged you wont have any problems after a century.
 
They could be harboring bacteria, and if they?re opened, there?s a good chance they are. They may have also lost some effectiveness.
 
Maybe under a nitrogen blanket..

But seriously, this isn't really harm reduction and probably better suited for OD social or something.
