Which medication(s) in particular?
As you might expect, powerful stimulants like MDMA might increase the risk of seizures (both while high and after coming down.)

These medications don't appear to have obvious high-risk interactions with MDMA.
Since they can all have sedating effects, it's possible they would blunt the effects of MDMA somewhat, but I wouldn't expect the sort of dramatic effect that you can get with SSRIs.
Again, it has to be assumed that MDMA might increase the risk of seizure, both during use and I suspect for several days after use.
I think this one comes down to what you really want and what risks you're willing to take. If this is something you feel strongly about trying, I would recommend starting with a low dose in a safe environment and seeing how you react.
