I just had 48 8/500 cocodomals I know your only supposed to have 8 but I an argument with the mrs's but now I am sober again I'm not sure this was a good idea I know you can get bad stomach cramps from paeraceatomal if your unlucky which I think I have I also had two extra co dydramol tablets what I want to know is, how long until I can safely take some more cocodomal?

If you're not trolling (and I strongly suspect you are because you have been advised many times not to overdose on paracetamol), then you need to get to ER pronto. 24g of paracetamol is an extremely large dose and yes, you might die.
