so i take monthly binges on both coke and amps (when i run out of opi's) and uhhh im on my 49th hour give or take of my adderall binge and i took a microdose of 5-10mg and shortly after that my right ears hearing basically ZAPPED, and has only 25-50% returned which is freaky as hell

Huh!

I've never heard of that. Interesting. Maybe a pressure change in your ear? Have you tried popping them?

I get hard of hearing when I amp, but nothing like that.

This actually happened to me a little over a year ago. I took a big shot, and almost instantly I went completely deaf in my right ear. Doctor said it was "sudden unilateral hearing loss", and that it had happened because I burst a bunch of blood vessels in my ear. After about a month or two, I regained my hearing.

"Hearing loss was identified in seven amphetamine-dependent inpatients in the detox unit at AI Amal Hospital, Jeddah. Subjects were men aged 18 and over who met DSM IV criteria for substance dependence. The hearing loss was suspected on clinical grounds during the admission interview, and was quite noticeable. Both ears were similarly affected. The symptom mostly appeared three to eight hours after ingestion of the tablets, and did not develop every time the drug was used. Hearing was apparently recovered in every case within four to ten days of cessation of amphetamine use. During the hearing loss, sounds were perceived as less loud and less sharp compared to normal. These cases suggest that chronic amphetamine use may result in reversible hearing loss."

This seems to happen with various other kinds of substance use/ abuse not only amphetamines but the good news is that there aren't any reports of a permanent health issue like this.

Platinum drugs can cause early hearing loss, but progressive ototoxicity is also possible when hearing is reduced several months after onset. Antibiotics. Aminoglycosides: gentamicin, streptomycin, tobramycin, amikacin, neomycin, kanamycin. Administration of aminoglycosides may be accompanied by a 2-45% reduction in hearing in adults and 0-2% in children. The risk of ototoxicity increases with prolonged use and an increased cumulative dose of the drug, and it is also increased when large amounts of the drug are administered once. I would advise you to see a specialist at a clinic that uses popular hearing aid models, hearing test near me. Take care of yourself. I hope this information has been helpful to you.
