However, even with Cimetidine is it really that lethal?Given that so many survive an overdose would 10g really be guaranteed to succeed?

Not to be grim or dark but information that would lead suicide as opposed to failure accompanied with life long vegetative coma might be at home here....no?

Best wishes to OP. Dissociative entheogenic drugs can break circular thought patterns and suicidal ideations. Some may suggest breaking out the PCP analogues before you go with euthenasiagenic drugs.
