Am i allowed to post a thread about how to reduce your chances to bad trip on DPH?

I've been in a residential treatment center the past two months so I haven't been on bluelight in a while and don't want to accedently break the rules. I have some experience with recreational use of diphenhydramine, and wanted to share that infromation to help reduce the chance of having a bad trip on it. It does involve mixing other drugs with it though, and could look like a reason to use DPH recreationally, although that is not my intention. I've actually overdosed on DPH before and are really against its use, and will say that i don't recommend it to anyone. I only want to help people that are going to use it to have a good trip.
