Not the healthiest advice but if you get diagnosed maybe try Focalin (dexmethylphenidate). It's short acting but it isn't cross-tolerant to meth/amphetamines so you could still do both and work out a schedule; ideally with a day or two off during the week. I quite liked being on Focalin and Adderall. I took the Focalin like two days a week and Adderall the rest
Overall I find methamphetamine to be superior because of the clarity and small doses necessary. I could only take so much Adderall before feeling ever so slightly strung out and having to quit for a day or two. At least I could take meth for days and at worst get a bit of appetite suppression towards the end of the week. Everybody's different though
