So i was under the impression APVP was banned til I typed in Alpha-PHP and found in google it's the same shit?

To clarify, APVP is also known as flakka, and is illegal in many countries.
This is different from Alpha PHP. Although similar, they are different, with Alpha PHP having an extra carbon on the alkyl side chain. This also illegal in some countries.
Legal questions are not allowed, so I won't go any further.
I really have no idea what I'm talking about. But it took me 3 minutes in goggle and wiki to figure that out. The whole extra carbon thing is chemistry stuff that I don't really understand, and just copied and pasted. This is just an example of how easy it is to find out this information.
That being said, if you're interested in trying flakka, I would advise against it. Its side effects can be pretty horrendous, including psychosis. That I didn't have to look up, I just knew from having heard of it before. It's not really something you want to mess with. In the strongest way possible, I suggest you avoid it at all costs.
