If it's not VERY strong, I'd just do nothing.
Everything you do against it to stop yourself from being a restless, itchy, twiddling ball of nervousness, will just make it come back even stronger.
Don't drug it away if it's manageable, or it will quickly become unmanageable.

edit: Sports! Do sports. That's healthy, and will actually improve your situation by taking away a bunch of your energy.
