Airport security and carts

I suspect you can check all the vape carts you want in your checked bags but the battery goes in your carry on. I put them in my computer bag. They expect a LiON battery in there. All they have ever done is have me turn on my laptop and that was a while ago. I have the frequent traveler pass tho.

Recently I have switched from vape to edibles and I wouldn't give them a second thought unless I was going to Russia or Iran but why in the hell would I do that?
