ADHD elvanse, alcohol and cocaine help!!

Hi guys I took elvanse 20mg not yesterday morning but the day before.

Friday night I decided to go out and be stupid drink and also do cocaine.

I've been to sleep eaten etc, my Hb is sat in the 80s and I feel awful. I don't know if it's worth taking my medication again today ?

I've got trance event to go to and I need to be awake

You likely had very poor quality sleep, and so feel unrested and exhausted today. You might find a cup of strong tea or coffee is enough to crack you out of your funk, but taking your daily dose of vyvanse isn't likely to do you any harm if you want it.
