I’m no pharmacist but how long exactly does adderall XR stay in your system? I’ve heard anywhere between 7 to 12 hours and just wanted to get a better more accurate answer. If I took a dose now at 5 in the morning when should I expect it to wear off?

All I can say is it depends on if your system is acidic or basic. We really cannot get deeper then that for other reasons. For more information you have to use other online databases.

It stays in your system for at least a couple days, the duration of action can depend on dose and many other biological factors. Residual effects can be felt up to 20+ hours from come up in my experience but again, depends.
