How long does Adderall XR last for yall until come down? (60) mg....

Adderall xr 20 mg on the chart for pharmokinetics peaks at if i remember correctly 7-8 75% at 12 hours 50% 16 hours.

I take 30 mg then 25 mg three hours later peak at 8-11 hours and its typically last all day to some degree.
