Stimulants Adderall - How much for a "first time" dose?

I recently got 4 20mg IR tablets. I wanted to know what my dosage should look like. I have a pretty high tolerance to methamphetamine (my last dose was 2 months ago tho). I wanted to know if plugging 30mg would be enough or too much. Thanks.

Do you want to get properly high or just be more motivated & functional? How much meth do you like to take after weeks without any, via what route of administration?

If the former, I’d say *at least* 40mg if not 60mg, orally. I don’t find plugging very effective. But I doubt 30mg would be too much. Really depends how high you want to get & whether you want to try to stretch the pills over 2 doses or go all out.
