Adderall and the heart

This may sound like a dumb question but how bad is adderall for your heart? I don’t take huge doses at once but sometimes I’ll take like 20mg every 5 or 6 hours for a few days or so.

adderall, like all other amphetamines, has a cardiovascular risk but if taken properly and not abused it shouldn't post any significant risk to a healthy individual.
