Stimulants Adderall and methods of potentiation.

Ok I'm wondering what you guys have some more insight in making a given adderall dose more potent. Adding about 20-30 mg of dxm about 1 hour before seems to do the trick along with magnesium and sodium bicarbonate 20-30 min before dose.
I also like too take about 200 mg of lyrica about an hour before along with L theanine and 200 mg of caffeine. That's my usual method. I usually wait about an hour after the adderall kicks in to take my subutex along with another 200 mg of lyrica and enjoy that untill it's time for my second addy What do you guys think of that regiment? Does anyone have any suggestions?

lyrica only after youve taken the adderall first off, it'll take the edge off the addy, gaba meds or benzos are a must with amphetamine for me and i use them heavily. the trick with sodium bicarb is good, HOWEVER.

try crushing an addy, and putting it under your tongue, and let it dissolve. it'll hit you in 5minutes, and last as long as oral
aside from this, eat a heavy protein meal the day before you use addy, Adderall is not like cocaine, itworks by forcing your bodies dopamine to be released, meaning if your levels are low, you'll only get so much out of it and end up depleting yourself of it leaving yourself feeling like you're dead.

this is ill advised but i can state that this has potentiated for me - only attempt this if you're able to tolerate over 100mg worth or else please stay away.
i Sublingually took my dose, and then snorted about 10-20mg worth along with that, i got a huge rush, but if i got a huge rush i'm sure its unsafe for someone else to do because my tolerance to stimulants is extremely high.

i'll usually sub my addy - wait awhile while i enjoy the come up, take some pregab (lyrica) which takes an hour to work, then i'll take my amp as needed but i'm really not someone to look at with regards to amphetamines because my doses and use is really off the charts.
