Adderal extended release, 60mg total

Hello all, I took 60mg of Adderal extended release about 2 and a half hours ago, from what I've heard it release half the dose at once then the rest 4 hours later or some at once then the rest little by little throughout the day " not entirely sure though."

Anyways I was wondering if there Is anything I can eat or drink that will enhance the effect of the drug while I'm waiting for it to absorb, I kinda screwed up and should have done it beforehand but oh well. Hoping I can still do something about it though as not feeling it too much. Any suggestions/tips would be greatly appreciated!

Empty stomach is better in my opinion. Have some water and maybe a banana.
