Stimulants Acute stomach pain after meth use

Hey so tried out meth a couple times and today I used on and off for most of the day and now at the end of the night suddenly have an ongoing pain, upper middle quadrant, it gets worse and ebbs but hasn’t let up for 2-3 hours.
Is this related to the meth use from today? Do you think it’s just gas or regular stomach ache kinda thing. I haven’t eaten very well today and popped a buncha random supplements before the stomach pain started.

What’s the worst case scenario here... (ischemia, ileus, peritonitis?) I’m a medic so my mind goes to the worst case scenario.

Please let me know your opinion, like do I call 911 or tough this out.

Thanks I just had an oatmeal hasn’t helped much. Waiting for benzo to kick in so I can end this day

If it were me i would skip the dairy as it can
exacerbate stomach irritation due to protective liners temporarily being shed in reaction to situations.

Oh I thought milk as a base knocks out the acid from meth and is good to drink

When that happens to me it's because of dehydration try to drink body armors or Pedialyte
