After a three day bender and sleeping for about 8 hours railed a line of meth then accidentally ate an oxy (approx. the size of a quarter of a xanax bar) and an actual quarter of a xanax bar. Worried. Thoughts/concerns/suggestions? ( it's been approx. 6 hrs)

I wouldn't call it accidental by any means. the oxy and Xanax may overpower the meth and you may not feel it, OR the meth will kill the felt effects of the downers, OR this can all have synergistic qualities. every human is different, and setting and circumstances, well slept? adequate food intake?
