I've been thinking of asking my doctor for Viagra, because I seem to be unable to do it with my girlfriend. I'm wondering if Viagra also enchances libido? It's not an aphrodisiac, is it?

I found that 5mg cialis daily is way more effective than 100 mg viagra , I have trimix too but still prefer cialis

As has been said, viagra isn't an aphrodisiac unfortunately, I got a script for it due to opioids, SSRI antidepressant + dissociatives and while it restored my physical ability to perform it, it wasn't pleasurable and I didn't even finish the first package. It also doesn't restore orgasm possibility, it can really be a pretty mechanicy experience depending of the reasons why you need it in the first line. I guess a dopaminergic (threshold dosage!) and viagra together will make a more enjoyable experience.
If it's not due to currently used drugs, you might want to get a hormonal blood exam.

For premature ejaculation on other hand we have some obscure, short-acting SSRI out there which I think will do the trick.

Dapoxatine will make you last longer if you bust quick

Yeah that was it. I was on S/NRIs for most of my adult life and now suffering from very quick ejaculation, 5-6 weeks off any and still same. It sucks but I don't want to go back on SSRI dependency.

And we have another obscure drug (Addyi; classified as norepinephrine-dopamine disinhibitor) for so called female hyposexual desire disorder. I would love to give it a try (for science, cause I love dopamine and because I think arousal might be mediated by similar mechanisms in both sexes) but it's not available around here.

I feel like benzos would be better for PE in a pinch

Oh, buprenorphine induced complete anorgasmia at just 2-3mg/d. Maybe this might make a treatment as well, given that it's also indicated for resistant depression because of kappa inhibition and I think it did work to some degree, not by elevating mood as usual but by inhibiting negative thoughts which I could certainly use right now. Well, no doc here and now, failed to get even Vyvanse.

Erowid actually lists "Increased sexual drive/interest in males and some females" as a positive effect of Viagra.

Haven’t tried viagra but most stims make it easier for me, they’re strong aphrodisiacs ime and let you go ‘ham’ as they say. Maybe get some adderall if you have no tolerance to stims and try that? Recently I’ve just been popping like 45-60mg addy IR when my girlfriend is around and I can go a few rounds no problem. Adrafinil is legal most places and it also feels like it helps performance but much less euphoric, good if you just need some energy or wanna last longer though.

Hey guys, this isn't really about psychoactive substances in any way. This is a question for your general practitioner. They have services now over the internet that make it pretty simple to acquire erectile dysfunction drugs. I'm sure they can answer your questions as well. For what it's worth, I'm gonna wager that the body itself is going to associate erections with libido in some kind of give and take fashion, like when you get hard, perhaps your brain is gonna say "oh, it must be time to have sex" or something like that. As far as, does it actually hit the regions of the brain associated with sexual desire, I really don't believe so. It's more or less a blood pressure drug really. Blood pressure is an important variable associated with erections.

I'm gonna lock this as it's not on topic though.
