RCs A-PiHP dilution help!

Last batch of A-PiHP won't fucking dissolve in PG nor VG no matter what. Any advice my friends?

No sorry, except very hot water on the plastic tube with your mix maybe

you might have freebase/fumarate/succinate instead of the usual hcl. - most likely you have freebase, which is fine for vaping, but does not dissolve in water, pg and vg.
ask your vendor about that.
check your literature or anecdotical evidence to recristalize freebase: - but i'd just pass the stuff on to the vaping-faction and get the hcl.
