Is there anyone that can tell me the best thing to help me come down from meth I only snorted 2 small lines I rarely do it I'm usually a pain med person so I really don't like doing this but I screwed up can anyone tell me the best thing to help me come down I did it about 9 hours ago and still feeling it

Thanks yea I'm pretty good just ready to get it over with so I can get sum rest and I'm still trying to figure this posting stuff on here out I'll get a benzoyl or 2 but looks like I won't be messing around with this stuff anymore thanks u guys
