70's Film about a man on the run with a Deadly Virus...

Morning folks!

I am trying to track down a 70's film but cant seem to be able to find it. I think its a well know film and I want to watch it!

Its basically about some guy who has a deadly virus and some people are trying to track him down (not sure if he knows he has it or not or if hes on the run ??) and it ends with him being on a train being really ill and they manage to get hold of him.

But really struggling to find it, does anyone have any ideas ?

I know its not, The Andromeda Strain, The Incredible melting Man, or the Cassandra Crossing.
