Cocaine 6 Week binge, how can i check my septum for damage?

I cant see a hole in septum but breathings become so much easier and air flows so freely when i inhale and it feels as though theres a void in my head. ive had pain for a good 2 weeks now, i think i might have destroyed my septum deep in my nose, i really want to check it but cant really see, does anyone have any good methods of checking up there?

if you suspect you've done that kind of damage the only real course of action is to either book an appointment with your GP or an ENT specialist
