4-aco-dmt or 4-HO-mipt

I've tried 4-aco-dmt at a low dose 1 time (5mg insufflated) and I was caught a little off guard by the strength at this dose. No real visuals to speak of but I was definitely high to say the least.

Now it is getting close to time to trip again but I have a choice between these two substances and id like to know which you guys like better and why?

I've never tried 4-HO-mipt but I've heard great things and I want to try it but also having never tried a good dose of 4-aco-dmt I'd like to explore that as well.

Planning on taking 15 mg of 4-HO-mipt or 20 mg of the other.

Thoughts?

I've only tried 4-HO-MIPT so i can't comment from experience but from what i have read 4-HO-MIPT is more stimulating like most 4 hydroxy compounds, is considered more "alien" at high end dosages and is more entactogenic. But if you haven't done an allergy test with the 4-HO-MIPT might be best off sticking to 4-ACO-DMT.
