Well apparently their were rare cases of people abusing nefopam and becoming addicted but to the best of my knowledge it doesn't produce physical dependence..
It was a log time ago so I'm afraid I have no distinct memory of it. I'm just very sensitive to stimulants and it can produce such effects. The few others I know who were prescribed it didn't suffer such problems.
But to be clear - the medicine I take now produces anxiety. It's just the lesser of two evils. I was tried on it a few years ago and had to stop due to anxiety but then the pain got worse so anxiety was just something I have to manage.
