Is it legal to order psilocybin mushroom spores from Canada to the US?

Why not simply order from one of the plethora of domestic US vendors? My local vape shop carries spore syringes in store.

I'm not sure if it is strictly legal to import, but customs might seize it anyways.

Thanks for the suggestion. I’ve been to shops but I’m a little concerned about the legitimacy, from the shops I’ve been to anyway. A coworker told me about purchasing from Canada but I had concerns about it going through customs. This is new to me. I didn’t realize there were more legitimate vendors within the US?
