( DOC/1.5mgs) – Beginner - Don’t take this shit and then go to work (Warning: TL;DR)

are you sure it was DOC? I was feeling everything just not exhausted or sleepy for whole day

Well I didn't run it through a LC/GC/MS myself or anything, but I ordered it directly from the vendor myself and he provided GC/MS reports for all his compounds to prove the purity. It was the purple-hued batch that is semi-infamous. If that vendor isn't trustworthy, then I don't know who would be!

I think a lot of the feelings I had the following day were because my shift at work is from 8 PM to 6 AM. On the best of days I'm still a little foggy the next afternoon - I never really sleep that great after work because of how it throws off my sleep rhythm. So tack on the 9 hour stress and masturbation fest I had on the DOC & I was just extra wiped out!

I also had not consumed any psychedelic or any amphetamine beyond an occasional 5mg of Adderall IR in almost a year (8 months). This was my "reintroduction" to the world of psychs after a nice long break, and it was one hell of a way to break the ice!

Thank you so much everyone for the kind words - I appreciate the feedback!

P.S.

Regarding the dosing... I performed the dilution myself and I used a microgram scale and pipettes. If the math went perfectly, I had 1.4964mg of DOC. However I don't think anyone can really pipette accurately to 4 decimal places, so I'm just gonna go with ~1.5mg as the number here. :)

The body load of DOC is crazy intense--like being plugged into a 240 volt socket. My hands would get stuck together like I was an electromagnet.

That shit sucks.

Truly classic trip report...thank you!

Please do the DOC one more time at that level but with a human sex partner and report back...

Outstanding, great read. I couldn't imagine tripping in a hospital of all places. Better than jail I would suspect!

Heavy drugs and work often make for memorable trips - in one way or another. I enjoyed reading that & it made me laugh :)

This trip report was a blast to read. I thought the flippant tone captured the way you described your experience of DOC nicely. I also love the caricaturisation of Ralph. I've definitely perceived people in that kind of dementedly emblematic way while tripping before.

As far as I'm concerned length is not an issue as long as a report is relevant or entertaining throughout. I'm more likely to skip the short ones, actually, since how can they possibly capture anything so rich as an individual's psychedelic experience? They're a waste of time. People who write really short reports might as well just post the dose, duration, etc. in a Big and Dandy thread if they're not going to put any effort into it (granted there's harm reduction value in spreading the info around). And people that post "too long; didn't read" in reply to a psychedelic report are children with attention spans so short they're next to functionally illiterate. There's no sense concerning one's self with the opinions of people who can't read past the back of a cereal box.

More and more storys are popping up about this drug... tempting but, I dont think I'm ready...

Agreed no point in replying tl,dr, it sounds like a complaint against the writer for daring to write the report!
Having said that the substance or maybe the author has to capture my imagination for me to want to read the report. I could read thousands of LSD TRs but feel there's little point.
I do value the short trip reports on unusual chemicals because as you said you get the info you need whereas there is no mileage in assuming that your experience will in any way mirror that of the writer of the deeply introspective report.
I guess you could categorise TRs into functional descriptions of the drug - something you pretty much get in Tikhal/Phikal and longer more literary ones ( Erowid style)which are more an explanation of the subjective feelings emotions etc which arise from the drug. Both have their place BUT if the chem is rare then it ought to go in Trip Reports even if it is brief, I believe so anyway.
I also think to wax lyrical about substances can lead to people believing they can have the same exotic experience only to find themselves disappointed/freaked out & I see no reason to expose myself to erroneous claims as having misrepresented the drug. The OPs report in no way does "wax lyrical" but is representative of quality report writing.
I never read the back cereal boxes, there's too much pointless info to take in :)

This is gold, definitely the funniest trip report I've ever read. I'm getting a hold of some DOM soon and needless to say, I can't wait.

I usually spend the next 8 hours jerking off, watching Netflix, staring at the wall and spinning in my chair, or sleeping on the floor

LOL

What an excellent report, it was fucking hiliarious too!!!!!!!!

well written and very funny report! thanks for sharing!

set and setting though... man what were you thinking? a hospital? :)

Damn man that sounds intense. I couldn't handle something like that at work.

Well written report.

Good report, but it is extremely irresponsible to be intoxicated when you are charged with other people's safety and well being. If I were at a hospital and suspected someone who was treating me/taking care of me was fucked up, I would call security.

Seriously. Think about your setting, especially if you are charged with caring for others.

Absolutely correct and perfectly understandable - what I did was definitely irresponsible. However, just to reassure you a little bit and hopefully keep you from losing faith in any hospital staff you meet, what I do is much more technically-orientated than patient-orientated, and in no way whatsoever is it a critical-care type of situation. There is always a worse-case scenario and I won't try to justify reckless behavior on my behalf, but I just want to make it clear that I'm not down in the E.R. saving lives or monitoring vitals in the ICU.

This is probably my FAVORITE trip report hands down, it's funny, you get that "Oh... I know what he's talking about" feeling, and it's absolutely fucking INSANE! I've even shown my friends that don't do drugs this report!

I headed to the bathroom, plopped my ass down, and shot what felt like a Super Rope candy out of my ass into the bowl.
hahaha, I seriously lol'd at this part.
That sounds like some crazy stuff.
There's no way I could have gotten away with tripping that hard at work.
Congrats.

I would like to make a quick comment regarding the potency and the intensity of the experience I had. At the time I took the DOC, I had not touched any other psychedelic compound of any sort for about a year. I'm sure that played a significant factor in the intensity of effects.

While I have yet to dip my toes back into the DOC waters, a good friend who uses psychs much more frequently recently had 2mg of the same batch which he found mild, and he hit his sweet spot at 4mg about two weeks later.

So I guess my point is, YMMV.
