Opioids strong euphoria without the nod- possible?

Dilaudid especially when taken IV gives me lot's of euphoria with no nod at all in fact if anything it might make me abit more active. So yes it's very possible to get alot of euphoria without any real nod.

Yeah, IV Dilaudid is the more euphoric opiate. Its also quite safe compared to Methadone and Fent, if used at the right dosage.

I don't find nodding to be too euphoric, personally. Taking opiates with caffeine or another stimulant (orally only) can combat the nod while adding an energetic boost to the high.

For me it depends mostly on the opiate/opioid and dose I do....

Oxymorphone(snort)= tons of energy, great euphoria, nod starts when dose is "too much" (somtimes I start to nod when I first start coming down actually....redosing boosts me back up awake/energy)

Hydromorphone(IV)= a lot of energy, amazing euphoria, a lot more sedating than oxymorph and the nod comes on at much lower doses.

Heroin(IV)= good energy, amazing euphoria, very sedating/ hard nodding that goes away after 1-2.5hours

Fentanyl(vaporize)= extremely sedating, not much actual euphoria but amazing effects

Oxycodone/ Hydrocodone= I don't bother to do these much lol

I get very little euphoria from opiates, especially when I get the nob.....I also dont enjoy coke.

I wonder if my MDMA, Stimulant, LSD and psychdelic use has ruined my ability to enjoy simple drugs? They just dont do anything for me.

I bet if I had some stims or MDMA, or maybe one of the related RCs and some opiates, i would enjoy that.

Do you use lithium? I've noticed while on lithium opioids produce no euphoria (but still produce side effects, like inability to urinate and the itch). When I got off lithium, the euphoria came back full-force.
