Comments: These were definitely the best that I've had in like two weeks. Everything else I've gotten my hands on has only been good enough to get me off sick for a few hours. Did these 3 different times today and got really nice high each time. Been trying to get hold of these for a while cause based on what I've read here these were some of the better stuff going around the 'Burgh. There really is a lot of complete garbage around Pittsburgh right now. Really hope the good starts flowing again soon.

The Sports Center (blue), and Almighty (purple) from Paterson were great... Gotham City's (black) were good..
FLOW were good, too...
I can't accurately rate them, as those were my first experiences w/powder, ever.

FLOW - written in red ink, looked like the exact same beige-ish-white powder as everything else.. It was a notch or two below the Sports Center/Almighty's.

Shit - I can't wait to get back there in a couple months! I'm already kinda over tar now.

Aye yo I had those bad apples with reddish colored ink with the words inside the apple a month or so ago and they were horrible!! Overall mabay a 3/10, the cut was that vitaminy shit, they smelled so bad as soon as my dude handed it to me in the car the whole car smelled like it, almost no rush, unless you did like 3 times your normal shot of fire bags! There has been good ones in past years but its been like at least a year!! I would steer clear

I couldnt believe how many ppl were out coppin these last night .....................but they are def better than they have been for awhile. this stamp has been around a long time now , heard it was fire at first and i never had it back then but been getting it last couple months and its always been decent......................

Anyone living in PA (eastern) get smaller thin bags colored blue, yellow, red inside a plastic wrap, its very neat. These bags either either hit or miss it seems, but even the misses are better than most of the jerz stamps coming in. I also notices the double wrapped ones usually come from the ricans and spanish, and the stamps come from the hooood. anyone else notice this?

I live in NJ and generally only go to Camden (and rarely Philadelphia). The smaller square bags inside of plastic you're describing is the packaging style used in these two cities, always. Camden's about as hood as you can get, and there are a ton of the ethnic people you described there, but they also work alongside other dudes and I don't think any of that is any indicator of quality.

But yeah I've never seen a taped rectangle bag in Camden or Philly, or one that didn't have plastic or a ziplock around it, ever. Maybe they're coming from there, who knows :\. Are you saying that these plastic wrapped smaller bags don't have stamps on them?
 
Seems like camden used to have the heat sealed plasic lot more back in the day but lately everythings in dime baggies ..............notice that ?

Notes: off white tan and flakey. i saw someone else rated these undefeated bags from paterson a 3/10, but that definitely was not my experience. caught a very solid nod from 5. mixed up brown, not the darkest brown i've ever seen but these bags were definitely legit.

I haven't tried them but my boi from duquesne just called me with them and said that his ppl are sayin their fire so idk what to think? I might just be the ginny pig tomorrow and give them a whirl!! But on a lighter note I got these bags from one of my regulars in mckeesport...

If you're talkin' about what I think you are, one of my boys in Newark, NJ brought me a few of the "plastic wrap" bags in late oct..early nov.. It was a smaller wax paper bag, pretty much a mini version of normal wax bags, but the paper seemed thicker. They were in dime bag lil ziplock baggies..I think blue. He was also telling me about "double bags" which I THINK, from what he was telling me are slightly more expensive than regular "single" bags but are like...double the amount? He said it's like "two bags in one". He wasn't really all that clear on those though and I didn't get to see em, only the plastic bag ones.

But those plastic baggie shits were really cool looking, really organized it seemed and the actual dope was pretty damn good. I was already feelin' good when I tried it, but from what I could tell it was fire..not the best shit I ever had but no where near the worst (and it was free :D )..can't remember the stamp tho.

Notes: I got this shit a few different times, and it's hit or miss. The first time, it was average..very, very average. It's bordering on not so good. 2nd time, it was definitly better. 3rd time, today actually...I was pleasently surprised..it was actually really good. Mixed up dark and a little murkey.<3
