Fast, dark, and aggressive but not too over the top IMO. I really like the drum programming w/ the stutter-breaks/hi-hat chokes and the vocal stutters.

Although this is from '96 It doesn't really sound dated to me. It's like a psy-breakbeat hybrid unlike much I've heard elsewhere. I like how the kick alternates between 4x4 and breakbeats. The track is low enough BPM to chill to but feels like it could also move a psytrance party around 3am. Pretty stellar. 9/10

That was really good! Melodic yet subtle. I'm surprised morillo played it - didnt think this was his thing at all. I'll give it 8/10. It reminded me a bit of this next track:

That was pretty "epic" for an electronic track. It turned me into a reptile made of legos and sent me bouncing across the surface of the moon. 8/10

Yeah it is surprising that he would play it, he kept looping it and building it up for about ten minutes everyone was going mental.

Gershon Kingsley-"Original Popcorn" ca.1969

Wow, I've definitely heard that melody before. So this is the original version, eh? - not bad at all given it was made in 1969! I'm a sucker for naive melodies, so this gets an 8/10 from me


This next track has possibly the best melody ever written (a big call, eh?). It's a truly stunning piece of electro, long before it got ruined by the crazy frog:

I had never heard the whole thing outside of Beverly Hills Cop. It made me want to party like it's 1985. The nicely layered progressions & parts are a bonus. 9/10
