You don't have much of an opinion about my story? Your past posts in this thread say otherwise. I don't need people to fawn over me. What I don't respond well to is disrespect, which you have shown ample amounts of in this thread. Now I'm responding to disrespect with disrespect. It's funny to watch you pretend like you didn't instigate this by coming for me with your twisted opinions about my life story, and then blame me like I'm some narcissist who just pulled opinions about you out of my ass because I felt like toying with someone.

How about this? Don't dish it out if you can't handle it. You don't fuck with me, and I don't fuck with you.

The fact that I have good command of the English language in writing doesn't mean I have a superiority complex. It means I enjoy writing. Sorry if my intelligence intimidates you, but I don't think I'm better than anyone. I give my opinions on topics like anybody else, sometimes I write at length because I enjoy it. I'm also capable of being wrong... it happens regularly.

Gnostic Bishop has been temp banned how many times now? Not by me because I'm not a mod anymore. So I guess forum staff are all just abusers out to get him too?

I don't give a shit about the rest of what you say

HA HA HA HA HA HA HA!!

Nah, your abuse is a turn off, cant be bothered with it, shouldn't have to read through it either .

He is supporting paedophilia, fuck that, No thanks, great thread regardless

@Atelier3 , you're welcome. :)

Sorry about my previous post, I was high, will most def happily block foreigner, not worth it ,

You guys are not getting the message that this sub-forum is not for bickering, trolling, or shitposting. However humour is welcome, controversial ideas are welcome, and personal stories welcome.

We’ll give it a few more days to sink in before serious post and poster pruning might be necessary.

The problem with this teacher being charged with a crime and convicted is that one of these minors must have been pressured to say that they did not consent to fucking their hot teacher. This particular thread is about a North Carolina charter school high school teacher.

In the state of North Carolina, the age of consent is 16. All of these “victims” were of the age of consent. This hasn’t been reported, but I just know that these boys let it slip to classmates that they were fucking the hot math teacher. These kids, and kids and general make stupid decisions that result in real consequences. This 25 year year old slut knew exactly what she was doing, I call her a slut because sluts are the type of woman that would quadruple team a group of 16-17 year high school students in a private “math lesson”.

What happened was that these boys made the cardinal sin of telling people about it. I gather that when the parents found out about this little foursome they were not happy. Erin McAuliffe was at that point charged with three counts of sexual activity with a student.

According to the article one of them was such a pussy that he was allowed to be coerced/threatened by his super republican christian family to be such a coward to tell authorities that he did not consent leading to the charge of one count of indecent liberties with a minor. The other boys at least didn’t pussy out let the authorities know that they consented. The only reason Ms. McAuliffe is now on a list and a sexual offender is because one of the students that gang banged her said that he didn’t consent to it.

Again, people that are only a few years removed from high school that just got out of college shouldn’t be allowed to teach high school seniors. Or these students need to shut the fuck up about fucking Mrs. McFuckme and certainly don’t say that you didn’t consent to it and ruin it for everyone.

That kid that got Ms. McAuliffe charged with indecent liberties with a minor because he told the cops that he didn’t want to fuck his hot teacher! This is the only crime here and that little bitch needs to be regularly beaten for the rest of his life, or fess up that he’s lied.

🧙‍♂️

I hear what you are saying but I think there is some confusion about consent. I believe that tin he crime in question, sexual activity with a student, consent is irrelevant. Whether consent to sex was given or not the crime remains the same. A student cannot consent to sex with a teacher in a legal sense, because sex between a teacher and student is expressly forbidden in all contexts and circumstances.

Laws or policies governing sexual or romantic relationships between persons deemed to have differential status are becoming quite common. In the Australian Parliament government ministers cannot have sexual relationships with staffers. At my university Faculty members cannot have relationships with students. In both cases this is regardless of any age differential that may or may not exist. While I understand the laws they seem designed in a very patriarchal way to protect adult women from making potentially regrettable choices and the laws deny the agency of those women. Different in a context involving minors though.

That's not true though. There's no law singling out teachers and students. That's school board policy, not criminal law. We all agree that it's unethical for teachers to bang students, but that's all it is in this case... unethical. The teacher violated her workplace policy. It was the 16 y/o (who was old enough to consent) being pressured to say it was non-consensual that got the teacher in trouble.

We all know what really happened here. It wasn't abuse. It was a bunch of horny 16 year old getting their rocks off with a slutty 24 year old fresh-out-of-college teacher and the one of them being shamed into saying they were coerced so that the family could avoid the stigma.

And it all happened because one of the guys was a blab who couldn't keep his mouth shut. I 100% agree with Wizard.

I don't disagree with your characterisation of this specific event in this post, but actually the Supreme Court has made some ambiguous rulings that indicate that in teacher-student relationships consent is not possible even if the student is as old as 18. Different states have different specific laws. California failed to get up a bill criminalising dating between teachers and students largely due to campaigning by the Teacher's Union and the ACLU.

One thing that the law relies upon is the actual or implied duty of care owed by teachers to their students. Legally in many jurisdictions a teacher is deemed to act 'in loco parentis' (in the place of a parent) and would not be able to discharge that duty if engaging in sexual or romantic relationships with the students in their care.

I'd love to know why the Teacher's Union and ACLU were against the CA bill.

I understand the custodial relationship, that's what I was implying above re: ethics. Teachers should be fired for that kind of thing. But did SCOTUS actually rule that it's child abuse, or did it just give some guidance in its final decision but no real answers?

lol just close this thread i can't be fucked hearing anymore about people justifying fucking school kids sick fuckers.

Nobody here is promoting child abuse, we're just talking about whether or not it's always child abuse. If you can't see that then you're the fucked one.

At 16 I was working a full time job and going to high school, I was smart enough to know what I was doing, if my hot teacher came onto me and we had sex, and somehow got caught, they would not pressure me into saying it was forced no way in hell, I would've taken the blame and said I came onto the teacher and seduced her, that it was my fault that's how I do, that's how I roll, no way I'd cause this beautiful woman or even if she was homely to lose her job.

I asked you your age at the time of the event of sexual relations with your teacher, you never answered, just trying to determine if it was pedophilia or not.

Pedophilia is a sexual orientation, not a verdict. See my previous posts for an explanation.

Until you fully read my past posts, I'm not interested in talking to you.

If you're an adult having sex with a child, yeah, it's always abuse.

Even if it's a "willing" teenager there are good reasons you aren't expected to behave like adults until you're older. Because adults actually on the whole know better than you and have more power.

Besides, everyone knows the rule, handed down by God to Moses.

Half your age plus 7.

Half your age plus seven, that's a good rule and I can't think of a scenario it doesn't fit into.
